I’ve been making sourdough at home for nearly a decade. In the beginning, it was comical how many things went wrong. The crust wasn’t right or the loaf didn’t rise or the starter smelled off. But now I’ve hit my stride and I really enjoy helping other home bakers overcome the hurdles I encountered.
Good bread is not just about nutrition. It is about a warm home, a productive life, and a purposeful kitchen which nourishes in body and in spirit. All my tools and recipes are crafted with that aim.
